Slitter Knives and Slitting Tooling are for Pickling Lines, Galvanizing Lines, Tin Lines, Continuous Annealing Lines, Coating Lines, Inspection Lines, Blanking and Hot or Cold Strip Finishing Lines. Up to 1500mm or 59’’ O.D. fabrication capability, which is probably the largest in this industry.

Testing
Various testers are put to use for testing its products. They are including tensile tester impact testing machine, metallography analyzer, harmless flaw detector, magnetic powder inspection, hardness tester, caliper rule, microcalliper, etc. Testing is carried out after each step. We can print the tracking number on the blade through our Laser printer for the easy tracking.
