Compost filling machinery is used for mixing the straw, chicken manure, gypsum Soybean meal, peanut cakeand water, filling the mixed material to Bunker and transferring from Bunker to Bunker.
A bunker consists of a concrete floor with perfo rations called spigots and concrete walls of five to seven metres high. The primary purpose of the spig-ots is to force air through the compost. Also, the spigots facilitate the drainage of excess water. There is a difference between high pressure and low pressure bunkers. High pressure bunkers have fewer spigots in the floor so the air is pulsed into the bunker under high pressure. As the air is introduced at high pressure, the resistance presented by the compost has little effect on the air distribution. How the bunker is filled remains important, but is a less critical issue than in low pressure bunkers.

What if there's too much fog in the tunnel to see when packing?
The packing machine is equipped with a light for easy visibility. However, it is better to install a fan in the tunnel for air extraction, to remove the fog in the tunnel, so the effect will be better.
